The New Fiat 500 Hybrid
- The Fiat 500 Hybrid celebrates its deep connection to Mirafiori, FIAT’s legendary car manufacturing plant in Turin, where passion, heritage, and innovation come together with the launch of the iconic model reinterpreted with a refreshed design, enhanced comfort, and smarter technology.
- Offered as Hatchback or Convertible in two distinctive trims – ICON and LA PRIMA — as well as a special TORINO hatchback launch edition.
- The Hybrid powertrain has a 1.0 litre, 3-cylinder engine, 65 HP, a 12-volt Li-ion battery and 6-speed manual gearbox
- Production started mid-November, with a production target of over 5000 vehicles by the end of 2025.
The Fiat 500 continues to delight drivers around the world with the arrival of the new Fiat 500 Hybrid, presented in Turin and representing a new chapter in FIAT’s journey, blending the brand’s rich heritage, cutting-edge technology and Italian design.
This moment also marks the model’s connection to the FIAT’s famous Mirafiori car production facility in Turin, the original birthplace of the 500 in 1957. Production of the new 500 Hybrid in left hand drive format has already started, with a target of 5,000 units by the end of 2025. Right hand drive production for the UK market is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 with total plant output eventually increasing by a further 100,000 units, so reinforcing the strategic role of Mirafiori in FIAT’s industrial footprint and celebrating once more the bond between the brand and its hometown of Turin.
Alongside the fully electric Fiat 500e, Fiat 500 Hybrid will be offered in the UK in two body styles – Hatchback and Convertible – and with a choice of ICON or LA PRIMA trims. A TORINO* launch edition will also be available, a tribute to the city that has always been the home of FIAT home and offered exclusively in Hatchback format.

A top speed of 96 mph, 0-62 mph acceleration of 16.2 secs (17. 3 secs for Convertible) and combined WLTP fuel consumption of 53 mpg (52 mpg for Convertible) make Fiat 500 Hybrid the perfect choice for efficient, urban motoring.

ICON is the entry point of the UK range and embodies a blend of technology, comfort, and urban charm. Key exterior specification includes 16” alloy wheels, full LED headlamps and gloss black door mirror caps, while the interior features bi-colour monogram fabric seats in black and ivory, body coloured dashboard, 10.25” touchscreen and soft-touch black steering wheel.
The finishing touches to ICON include automatic air conditioning, wireless CarPlay/Android Auto and rear parking sensors, adding further comfort and convenience for driver and passengers.
Fiat 500 Hybrid LA PRIMA: The Ultimate Expression of Elegance and Exclusivity
At the top of the Fiat 500 Hybrid range sits LA PRIMA, a flagship trim that combines unmistakable charm with exclusive features and premium finishes. On the exterior 17” alloy wheels, tinted rear glass, fixed glass roof (hatchback version) and chrome door sill plate deliver a unique style, which is matched on the interior by eco-leather seats, in a choice of Ivory or Graphite & Ivory colours, matt pearl dashboard and bi-colour premium steering wheel. LA PRIMA’s rich equipment list includes heated front seats & windshield, auto high beam, rear camera and navigation.
