«Fiat informs its new customers that for vehicles with warranty date starts from July 1st 2025, the connected services included in the Fiat Connect ONE and Fiat Connect PLUS packs are set to evolve to guarantee a better user experience and adaptation to market challenges. These changes may include the addition, updating or modification of the distribution of connected services in the packs. The connected services of the Fiat Connect PREMIUM pack are transferred to those of the Fiat Connect PLUS pack. Customers are invited to regularly consult the general conditions of use available on the Fiat's connected services portal to stay informed of changes. In the event of a substantial change, a notification will be sent to the users concerned. For any questions or assistance, please contact the Fiat's customer service via the usual channel.»

For connectivity enabled vehicles ordered after 1st July 2023 Fiat offers a range of connected service packages, with the Connect ONE, Connect PLUS and Connect PREMIUM packs, plus other stand-alone services. Customers who operate a connected vehicle built before 1st July 2023 should check the availability of connected services and the subscription terms for their connected vehicle in Fiat’s Customer Web Portal.
