Using their tonal colour analysis system, Colour Me Beautiful consultants select a personalised colour palette for their clients and provide guidance on the clothing, accessories, make-up and colours that suit them best.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Prize Draw. 

Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy for your information 

In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the Prize Draw and all matters relating to it, the decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into. 

1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to Stellantis UK Limited trading as Fiat, whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND.

2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Digitas acting as Agents on behalf of the Promoter, as outlined below:

1. Digitas will facilitate the prize draw.

3. The “Prize” refers to 20 x virtual online colour consultations (approx. one hour each) with Colour Me Beautiful. The session includes:
   1.  

         Showing the winner the positive impact colour can have and the physical difference to how we look

         A fun explanation of our Colour me Beautiful tonal colour system 

         Analysing your dominant Colour palette to find the key shades that will light you up!

         Showing you how to wear your colours in the best way for you

         A look at the key colour trends of the season and how to make then work for your palette.

2. Booking requirements from Colour Me Beautiful:
   1. Must be booked within 3 months of prize being notified
   2. Choose your consultant from a (pre-determined) list of Colour me beautiful specialists

4. The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over (“Entrants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families, and agencies and the Promoter’s authorised retailers.

5. The prize draw will be open from 00:01 on 19th October 2026. All entries must be received by midnight on the 29th October 2026.

6. In order to enter the prize draw, Entrants must complete the following steps:

1. Follow the @fiatuk page;
2. Like the Instagram post on the @fiatuk page;
3. Comment on the post for what colour makes them feel most confident (or what they think their colour palette is)

7. Entries submitted in accordance with these Terms between the opening date and the closing date will be deemed valid entries.

8. Entries generated by scripts, macros, or automated means will be disqualified.

9. No purchase necessary. Entrants will not be required to pay to enter the prize draw.

10. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

11. The winners will be the first 20 valid entries drawn at random from all Valid Entries received after the closing date (the “Winner”). 

12. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

14. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.   

15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with the Prize draw or these terms and conditions and shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

16. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use or claiming of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  

17. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonable foreseeable or might reasonable have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter  and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

18. So far as is permitted by law, The Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

19. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the liability of The Promoter for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud.

20. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

21. Your data will be held in accordance with data protection laws and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy which can be found at [LINK]. The administration of the prize draw is a service as specified in the privacy policy. In order to administer the prize, The Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details. Entrants’ details will be passed onto a third party for the administration of the Prize.

22. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

23. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

24. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted in the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

25. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
