⁺Fiat 600 Hybrid October Event Promotion – Full Terms And Conditions

The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) between you (“You”) and Stellantis UK Limited trading as Fiat (“FIAT”).

1. The Promotion is available on new Fiat 600 Hybrid only. (the “Qualifying Vehicle”). 
2. The Promotion is a saving of £1,000 towards the on-the-road (OTR) price of a new Fiat 600 Hybrid only (the “Promotion”). 
3. Promotion applies between 21 October to 31 October 2025 inclusive.
4. The Promotion applies to private individuals (18+).
5. The promotion is available at participating Fiat retailers only.
6. To receive the Promotion, you must be a UK resident. 
7. Promotion can be used in conjunction with other Promotions provided by FIAT. 
8. The Promotion excludes pre-registered vehicles. 
9. To receive the Promotion, you must order a new Fiat 600 Hybrid between 21 October 2025 and 31 October inclusive. The Promotion applies to qualifying new retail sales.
10. The Qualifying Vehicle must be registered by 23:59 on 31 October 2025, unless subject to delay caused by the Promoter.
11. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of travelling to the participating retailer.
12. There is no cash alternative to the Promotion. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-negotiable. 
13. If the Promotion is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond FIAT’s control, FIAT is under no obligation to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to you.
14. FIAT reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Promotion at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.
15. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with FIAT’s privacy policy, which is available to view at https://www.fiat.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy 
16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, FIAT may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion. 
17. Neither FIAT or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion or as a result of your participation in the Promotion. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
18. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and the Promotion.
