Complete Care is our new all-in-one Service & Maintenance plan, built to give Fiat Professional van owners long-term peace of mind. Now available for £595, this subsidised 4-year package covers you for up to 48 months or 80,000 miles - whichever comes first.
What’s Included?
Scheduled servicing, as defined by the manufacturer’s handbook, during the 48-month or 80,000-mile plan term All manufacturer-recommended services, including Labour and parts specifically required for scheduled services during the plan period. Cover applies to manufacturer-approved mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures only. Accident damage, wear and tear outside defined parts, and modifications are excluded Coverage for commonly worn parts such as: Brake pads and discs Clutches Shock absorbers Wiper blades Fuses…and more.
Mechanica & Electrical Repairs - Cover applies to manufacturer-approved mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures only. Accident damage, wear and tear outside defined parts, and modifications are excluded - Failure’ means the part no longer operates in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification due to a fault, not due to wear, damage or misuse, wear and tear items (e.g. brake pads, wipers) are only replaced when deemed necessary by an authorised repairer in line with manufacturer standards.

Let’s you spread the cost of your Fiat Professional routine scheduled servicing Can be bought when you buy your vehicle or at any point before your first scheduled service, or within 12 months of registration - whichever is sooner It covers routine servicing based on Fiat Professional's servicing requirements and includes cost of parts, consumables, and labour time needed to complete the service
Services are carried out in line with your Fiat Professional's official servicing schedule and normal driving use.
Cover applies only to services completed according to Fiat Professional's servicing standards.
Traction battery(i): Your traction battery is guaranteed for 8 years or up to 100,000 miles within your Fiat Professional's manufacturer warranty.
Fiat Professional Assistance(i): Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or tyre puncture.
Extended warranty(i): Extra coverage for your vehicle after the factory warranty has expired. Covers all manufacturing defects due to failure of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for the duration and miles range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first 24 months after vehicle registration.
Power shortage(i): If your battery lacks power, we can recharge it on-site where permitted and/or tow it to a charging station of your choice within 50 miles or to the nearest one. Your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan includes 3 tows per year at no extra charge.
Service Care, Scheduled maintenance(i): Periodic maintenance operations covering labour and parts replacement, as specified in the manufacturer's servicing requirements, for normal vehicle use. Available for a set number of services regardless of Miles/Duration. Purchasable before the vehicle’s 5th year after first registration.
Service Care Plus, Scheduled maintenance(i): Periodic maintenance operations covering labour and parts replacement as per the manufacturer's servicing requirements, for the duration and miles range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first year of vehicle registration and before the first scheduled maintenance.
Wear items(i): Replacement of parts subject to wear (e.g., brake pads, shock absorbers, fuses, wiper blades) under normal vehicle use conditions.
Tyres(i): Repair or replacement of tyres (summer, all-season, or winter) in case of puncture or failure. Includes dismounting, assembly, balancing, and valve replacement.
Courtesy car(i): If not already included in your service plan, an optional offer (availability varies by country) for an equivalent charging capacity/size vehicle without deposit (standard van without conversion) for one day per routine service.
Mobility solutions(i): Various solutions to ensure continued mobility.
Disinfection(i): Manual disinfection covering 38 interior/exterior contact points plus cabin filter change.
Intensive use(i): Additional service for customers with intensive vehicle use.
Pick up & Delivery(i): If your vehicle requires repair/service, you can choose the location, and we will pick it up and return it after service.
