Complete Care is our new all-in-one Service & Maintenance plan, built to give Fiat Professional van owners long-term peace of mind. Now available for £595, this subsidised 4-year package covers you for up to 48 months or 80,000 miles - whichever comes first.
What’s Included?
Scheduled servicing, as defined by the manufacturer’s handbook, during the 48-month or 80,000-mile plan term All manufacturer-recommended services, including Labour and parts specifically required for scheduled services during the plan period. Cover applies to manufacturer-approved mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures only. Accident damage, wear and tear outside defined parts, and modifications are excluded Coverage for commonly worn parts such as: Brake pads and discs Clutches Shock absorbers Wiper blades Fuses…and more.
Mechanica & Electrical Repairs - Cover applies to manufacturer-approved mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures only. Accident damage, wear and tear outside defined parts, and modifications are excluded - Failure’ means the part no longer operates in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification due to a fault, not due to wear, damage or misuse, wear and tear items (e.g. brake pads, wipers) are only replaced when deemed necessary by an authorised repairer in line with manufacturer standards.

Services are carried out in line with your Fiat Professional's official servicing schedule and normal driving use.
Cover applies only to services completed according to Fiat Professional's servicing standards
Powertrain(i): Engine mechanical parts, Gearbox, and Transmission.
Traction battery(i): Your traction battery is guaranteed for 8 years or up to 160,000 km, within your Fiat Professional's manufacturer warranty.
Fiat Assistance(i): Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical, or electronic breakdown, or tyre puncture.
Extended warranty(i): Extra coverage for your vehicle after the factory warranty has expired that covers all manufacturing defects due to failure of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, for the duration and km range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first 24 months after vehicle registration.
Power shortage(i): Energy shortage – if your battery lacks power, we can recharge it on-site where permitted and/or tow it to the charging station you desire within 80 km or to the nearest one within that range. Your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan includes X towings per year with no extra charge.
Battery State of Health(i): A measurement of battery capacity at the time of the maintenance operation/battery diagnostic trace, compared to its value when the vehicle was first delivered.
Service Care, Scheduled maintenance(i): A series of periodic maintenance operations that cover labor and parts replacement as specified in the manufacturer's servicing requirements under normal vehicle use conditions, for the number of services (regardless of KM/Duration of the vehicle) purchased in your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable at any moment before the vehicle's 5th year after first registration.
Service Care Plus, Scheduled maintenance(i): A series of periodic maintenance operations that cover labor and parts replacement as specified in the manufacturer's servicing requirements under normal vehicle use conditions, for the duration and km range of your Fiat Professional FlexCare plan. Purchasable within the first year of vehicle registration and before the first scheduled maintenance.
Wear items(i): Replacement of parts subject to wear (e.g., brake pads, shock absorbers, fuses, wiper blades) under normal vehicle use conditions.
