Conditional Sale
If you would like to purchase and eventually own your new Fiat Professional van, this is a simple way to do so. It is similar to a hire purchase agreement, however, with Conditional Sale you automatically become the outright owner of your van once all payments have been made.
How it works:
• Choose the van you wish to purchase, the amount of deposit you want to pay (minimum 20% deposit required), and decide your agreement term (between 24 and 60 months).
• Any deposit is deducted from the price of your vehicle. You make regular payments based on the remaining balance plus the agreement interest.
• Once all payments have been made, you will own your vehicle outright.

• Fixed monthly payments for easy budgeting.
• Flexibility as you choose the deposit and agreement term to suit your needs.
• You own your vehicle at the end of the agreement with no deferred lump sum to pay.
• No annual mileage restrictions.
Business Finance Lease
Business Finance Lease is a common way to lease a van. It gives you the benefits of fixed monthly rentals, the ability to reclaim 100% of the VAT on the rentals if the vehicle is used solely for business, and the option at the end of your lease to end the agreement or enter a secondary lease period with an annual rental equal to one of your monthly rentals.
How it Works:
• Choose the van you wish to drive.
• Decide on your advanced rental payment and agree your monthly rentals. Rentals are calculated exclusive of VAT as VAT registered businesses that use the vehicle solely for business can claim back any VAT paid on rentals.
• At the end of the contract you can sell the vehicle on behalf of Stellantis Financial Services and may receive the sales proceeds as a rebate of rentals paid. If you have a balloon payment at the end of your contract this will have to be paid before any rentals are rebated. If at the end of the contract you wish to continue to drive your vehicle, you can by paying an annual rental equal to one of your monthly rentals. • Low initial outlay and fixed monthly payments making it easier to budget (changes to VAT are out of our control and may affect your rental if amended by HMRC however if your business is VAT registered, you can reclaim 100% of the VAT on the rentals if the vehicle is used solely for business or 50% of VAT on the finance element of the rentals if the vehicle is also used privately.)

Business Contract Hire
Business Contract Hire is a long-term rental agreement, ideal if you would like to hire your van without the cost of ownership or reselling. Throughout the agreement the finance provider, Leasys, remains the vehicle owner. It gives you flexibility to change vehicles on a regular basis.
How it Works:
• Chose the van you want to drive.
• Chose the duration of your contract (from 24 to 60 months).
• Chose your annual mileage. If you need to change your contracted mileage you can do so by contacting Leasys.
• Chose your initial rental and agree your fixed monthly payments. The more you pay upfront the lower your monthly payments will be.
• At the end of the contract, simply return the vehicle to Leasys.

• Simple end of contract. You can hand back the vehicle without the stress of selling or trading it.
• Option to include vehicle servicing, maintenance, repair MOT and tyre replacements for an additional fixed cost added to your monthly payments.
