**FIAT 600 SUMMER OF COLOUR OFFER – FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) between you (“You”) and Stellantis UK Limited trading as Fiat (“FIAT”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1.       Offer available on Fiat 600, both Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicles only. 

2.       The Offer is free paint on orders on the Fiat 600. Excludes bi colours (coloured paint on the body with black painted roof and pillars).

3.      Offer applies between 7th July to 31^st July 2025 inclusive. Registered by 31^st July 2025.

4.       Offer applies to private individuals (18+).

5.       To receive the Offer, you must be a UK resident.

6.       Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers provided by FIAT.

7.      To receive the Offer, you must order a new Fiat 600 between 7^th & 31^st July. Registered by 31^st July 2025. The Offer applies to qualifying new retail sales.  Excludes bi colours (coloured paint on the body with black painted roof and pillars).

8.       Free of charge standard colours are -Entry Level (RED) & La Prima (ORANGE).

9. There is no cash alternative to the Offer. The Offer is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

10.    You are responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of travelling to the participating retailer.

11.   If the Offer is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond FIAT’s control, FIAT is under no obligation to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to you.

12.   FIAT reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Offer at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.

14.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, FIAT may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer.

15.   Neither FIAT or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer or as a result of your participation in the Offer. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16.   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and the Offer.

WLTP Figures shown are for comparison purposes and should only be compared to the fuel consumption and CO₂ values of other cars tested to the same technical standard. The fuel consumption achieved, and CO₂ produced, in real world conditions will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to: the accessories fitted (pre and post registration); variations in weather; driving styles and vehicle load. The WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is used to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures. The CO₂ figures display a range to reflect the highest value for the highest emitting version with all available options added, through to a minimum value to represent the lowest emitting version in standard specification.
