FIAT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVER

Roadside Assistance policy for all Fiat vehicles purchased after March 1st 2013.

Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd offers the Fiat Roadside Assistance Service (in the Countries and according to the methods shown in the owner’s policy information) for a period of 12 months from date of first registration in the UK.
 
The Fiat Roadside Assistance Service for customers is guaranteed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
 
If you require the services which are provided, you should dial the Universal Freephone number 00800 3428 0000, which can be reached free of charge in the UK, and select option 1 - Roadside Assistance. (Calls from certain mobile phones and public telephones in some European countries may be charged according to the rates applied by the telephone operator.)

NEW VEHICLES PURCHASED BEFORE THE 28TH FEBRUARY 2013

When you drive away your new Fiat, you're not on your own. You have the peace of mind of knowing that the AA is just a phone call away at any time during the first year. HOME START

If your Fiat breaks down at home, Home Start brings help to your doorstep. If your vehicle can't be repaired, the AA will take your car to the nearest Fiat dealer, or another destination of your choice, whichever is closer.

 

RELAY

If the repair can't be made on the spot, we'll take you, up to seven passengers and your Fiat to anywhere in the UK while your vehicle is fixed at an authorised Fiat dealer.

 

RELAY PLUS

If your Fiat breaks down away from home and is being recovered by the Relay service, the AA will provide a replacement hire car for up to 48 hours, or overnight accommodation, or onward travel expenses (within reason).
