British Cycling Member Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. In these General Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings given to them below:
“British Cycling” shall mean the British Cycling Federation ( Company Number 03943494) .
“BC Member Offer” shall mean an offer made by Fiat exclusively to members of British Cycling.
“Fiat” shall mean Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd (Company Number 201514).
2. Fiat may, from time to time, make available BC Member Offers. 
3. BC Member Offers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions and to the terms and conditions of the individual offer.
4. BC Member Offers are available to all members of British Cycling and to their immediate family.
5. Members of British Cycling shall be entitled in any calendar year to the benefit a maximum of two BC Members Offers to be used by themselves or by their immediate family in connection with the purchase of Fiat vehicles.
6. All vehicles must be purchased by the BC Member or their immediate family from a Fiat franchised dealer.
7. To claim the benefit of a BC Member Offer, proof of membership of British Cycling in the form of a British Cycling photographic membership card must be presented to the franchised dealer prior to purchase of a Vehicle. Proof of relationship to a member of British Cycling must be presented to the franchised dealer in the form of photographic ID.
8. Vehicles purchased by members of British Cycling or their immediate family must be retained for a minimum of six months.
9.  BC Member Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including retail or other affinity scheme incentive.
10. Fiat reserves the right to audit vehicles purchased using BC Member Offers and in case of breach of these General Terms and Conditions to withdraw the benefit of BC Member Offers.
11. Fiat reserves the right to change or withdraw any BC Member Offer at any time without notice. Any such change or withdrawal of a BC Member Offer shall not affect any vehicle ordered at a franchised Fiat dealer prior to such change or withdrawal.
