Hi, venting a bit here, my evo has now been ordered for 4 or 5 weeks, Ive been looking for an update on the delivery date, but my dealer wont return calls, is there any other way to find out when the car is due to be delivered?

just call them ask to speak to the sales manager ...tell him what's been happeneing and cancel the order ...you may then get updates  ..afterall if they aren't bothered now ..i  guess they won't give you the time of day if you have a problem

thanks for replying phil, it may need to come to that, got it ordered in the city, but have a dealer close to home, will get it serviced there. If I dont here back soon, I may cancel, but would I be able to thats the next thing...

I will try and resurrect the 'delivery status codes' thread.  It details at what status a new vehicle is at.  The dealer should be able to confirm the status for you.

Its not on that they haven't got back to you. My dealer seemed pretty reliable and I turned up in person a couple of times (they cant really turn you away then :P)

 All in all, took about 8-9 weeks from ordering my evo to having it delivered to the dealership. It would be nice if there was a way of tracking your order details realtime over the net ;)

yeah dan, in my stupidity, I passed my local dealer to go to one in the city, silly really, so can only really contact by phone, anyway spoke to the sales manager and told I am still looking at the end of April...still not noticed an evo on the road yet though
