Hi sorry to hear about your problems, Make sure it inspected throughly on your next visit, If the repair is not to your liking, make them do it again. Nicely remind him that you could reject the vehicle, see what he can do in recompense, be firm but polite. Most of all do not be bullied into taking a course of action that they dictate, you are the customer and you have many rights. If you have more problems then trading standards have a website and staff there to offer free advice. Raise the issue you have had with Fiat Customer Services, I have found them helpful.
Whatever happens keep a clear head, and it will be easier to deal with them. I wish you luck
don't think anyone can add to harry's advice ......just don't accept substandard repairs ,in the long run if you and A.C. hit an impass,get FIAT to the dealership ,explain why your not happy ,and reject the car if need be....you wouldn't accept a scratched tv ,,unless you got a discount ...
this bit will annoy zanadoo ...i know stourbridge ,have been there a few time .got lost in merry hell ,couldn't find my car ....A.C ..i'm afraid and ashamed he is scottish doesn't have a good reputation ...

Hi guys, thanks for the advice. Picked the car up today and everything is fine - all scratches all sorted and very happy with the car, finally!
Raised the issue with Fiat and eventually got some recompense from AC.
