    Fiat 500 - Trip A and Trip B

    Hi everyone

I have just recently become a Fiat 500 owner however something is baffling me! The dealer explained to me when I picked up the car the difference between trip A and trip B but I didn't understand at all, and not wanting to sound an idiot I didn't ask! Can anyone tell me the difference between the two???

    Thanks, Jo

    Hi Jo

Actually there is no difference you just have 2 trip meters that you can reset to zero seperately so for example use trip A when you fill the tank and see how many miles you do on a full tank.  Then whilst that trip is counting you can use trip B to measure other journeys just reset it before a journey that you want to measure.  Hope that helps.  By the way what is your 500 called?  Ours is Fifi.

    Cheers

    Andy

    Hi Andy

Thanks for the help with that! Probably seemed like a really stupid question! That is actually quite useful then :) My 500 is called Oobs as the number plate I chose ends in oob. I ordered mine in Sep 09 and got it Jan 2010. It's beautiful!

     Thanks again
