Well, once again I've seen transporters laden, I tell you, laden with Fiat cars.....Punto's, 500's & Panda's.  They all appear to be going between Junction 13 (Newbury) & 12 (Reading) heading eastbound on the M4.  I saw 2 just today!

So if you're waiting for your pride & joy, it might have been one of those....

Buttercup, the transporter I saw on my way home had 3 yellow Panda's on!......really hoping one of these was 'Po' .

I need one of those transporters to be heading north!!  which dock do they arrive in at?

Oh, I do hope that one of those is coming south into Devon.  Waiting not so patiently for my new little 500.  I will ring the dealer tomorrow

My car is in the country, off the boat waiting to clear customs.  Dealer hopeful that they will get it next week.  Now have to decide whether to hang on for 59 plate

Just heard from my dealer, Po is at status 40! Hopefully she will be on the next transporter that you spot, Zanadoo!

Me again! I Googled the docks and there are pictures of thousands of cars sitting there, so it left me feeling a bit despondent. Then I got home and Jon (the dealer) had emailed me again to say that he reckons Po should be here in 3 - 6 days! I am off work next week, so hopefully I will be able to get her some time then!

Our Penne was at status 40 last wed and have heard nothing (surprisingly!) since then!  so I can't see your dealer having the car within a few days.  Did Cadbury not say it took 14days after status 45 for her to get Cadbury?  I am hoping that we should hear next week when she should be ready for collection.  This is worse than having a baby!!  Maybe Fiat should send you a scan and give you a due date!!!!!

Cadbury was at Status 45 on the 17 Sept when I paid the deposit and I collected her on the 29 Sept.  Don't know how long she had been at status 45 waiting for a home to go to !  Perhaps they push through cars that have been pre-ordered.  We will soon find out ! 

 

Maybe Pandas are quicker than 500s because there are fewer of them being ordered (if these Forums are anything to go by!) I will keep you posted. I agree about it being worse than being pregnant. It would have been nice to have pictures of Po's progress along the production line, but I suppose that is too much to ask! Now I really must stop playing on here and get off to work!

Spotted transporter on the M4 this morning, but amongst all other makes of cars was one lonely bossa nova 500 heading London-bound.
