Hi guys, 

Not sure if anyone has had a similar problem. I have a Grande Punto (07 reg) with B&M, been using it with no problems for a while now. Last week though I started up and the Windows, phone and the track skip buttons have stopped working(for the media player, I can still switch between radio stations and change the source). The media player is still working, and starts playing tracks when i start up, but i cant change the tracks, access the menu or use the phone. 

Any ideas?

Also any idea when the B&M update is due?

One thing I have picked up is to take the memory stick out before switching off.

With regard to resetting to factory conditions, look at Page 37 of the Blue&Me Handbook - Managing User Data.  There is also a dedicated site www.fiat.com

Thanks for your help Cadbury. My big problem is the buttons on the steering wheel will not let me access the settings.

If i disconnect the battery will this do any damage to the system? Then maybe i could re connect and start from scratch.

I dont know if my radio would be affected or whether it has a key code though

Way, way out of my depth I am afraid.  I was given a radio code but wouldn't know what to do with it !
