I have a 1.2 punto and where the drivers side engine mount is bolted to the engine the thread in all 4 holes is stripped, don't know how this happened. I'm thinking of retapping the holes and using helicoil wire inserts to bring it back to the correct size but i need to know where i can get new bolts and what thread size they are as i have only 1 original bolt, and it's very worn. I think they are M10 but not sure if the thread is x 1.0 or x 1.25 or x 1.5. Thanks Phil

In the scheme of things it probably doesnt matter what pitch you use as long as it fixes it.............I would assume that the threads on the mount on the other side of the engine would have the same thread so you could measure the pitch on one of the bolts from that side? If still unsure I'd go for the 1.5 pitch as its a coarser thread . Once you know the thread size, chances are you could get the bolts on ebyumbay or a local engineering shop. The bolts are not likely to be an uncommon type so should be fairly easy to get.
Good luck!
