    Tuning mods for Bravo 120T

I have owned my Bravo now for exactly 1 year and have never been happy with the ride and handling from the suspension. Whilst the car is nippy and looks like it should handle well, it feels 'nervous' and unbalanced when cornering at any speed. As an advanced motorcyclist and car driver with 30 years driving experience behind me it leaves me constantly frustrated.

Does anyone know of decent suspension upgrades for this model that can be fitted without affecting the manufacturers warranty?

Also, what is the simplest method of upgrading the engine performance from 120 to 150bhp as I would like to consider this option?

hi ...the easiest way ,though wether they will do it ,i don't know ..but i believe the dealer can increase the bhp with the lap top ..as the engine is well capable of more than 150 bhp ..and is programmed depending on what  it is being fitted too...failing  a dealer tweaking it ,,there are companies  who come to your home and re programme the ecu ..though the best are companies that have a rolling road who do a before and after run  and give you a print out of the increase /results ..just google it

ref suspension there is various companies ...have a look at the bravo section of fiat forum .com ..will probably find answers to both that suit you

    Hi Phil.

Thanks for this. If the bhp increase involves a simple re-map of the ecu then I may speak to my local dealer to see if he will do this. I will definitely be doing something about the suspension though as I don't think the current set up will be happy with any more power so I'll opt for safety first.

Try getting the suspension checked for wheel alinement, toe and caster... I had my Croma done after constant uneven tyre wear, it handles a lot better now, cost under £60 at a Good Local Tyre Specialist
