Thought I would praise my dealer.... Glyn Hopkins.

Cadbury is due her second (oh it's gone so quick!) service.   GH called to arrange a date which was agreed.  It's the little things that make a service so easy.  We arranged that Cadbury will be dropped off the evening before and GH will give me a courtesy car for the day.  There was a choice of four... so I opted for a Pop.  GH are also covering the insurance.  So far... easy... well done GLYN HOPKINS. 

Ok if we're sharing!......I'll praise KJM of Reading.......last Friday Freddie's 'Change Engine Oil' light came on so I rang up my new local dealer (me having recently moved) & they said bring him in straight away, which I did & they even cleaned him inside & out......something my old dealer only did on the major service......Emma & Susie on the service desk were really helpful too!....so far so good with my dealer......

So there are at least two thoughtful dealers !      Anymore ?

GH are under instructions only to valet the inside.... I prefer to wash/wax her.... I don't want to get the dreaded swirls on the paintwork.

ohhh ....your new dealer ???  do you own it ??? give them time to get to know you  lol

Only four people happy with their dealers ?   Shame there are plenty to moan but none to praise !

Clemo in Cleckheaton are up there with the best.  Always happy to help explain everything which is good for me being non technically minded.  Always collect and deliver from my place of work.  And always wash and vac before I get it back.  Keep up the good work guys.

Arnold Clark , Edinburgh are brilliant . I've had three FIAT's from them and have had no worries or problems with them . I wouldn't go anywhere else . Of course I've just tempted fate and jinxed my good fortune by stating that !
