    Shocking Dealer Service
    I have contarcted to buy a new Fiat 500. I was originally told that there was a delay for collection from the dealer as they had found a small scratch. This 2 day delay has turned into 7. Today I insisted on seeing the car and this "scratch" Suddenly I am told that there is more damage and that they need to respray the roof as well. This was nothing less than deceitful and I am shocked that Fiat allow this sort of treatment. The dealer, having been caught out is now trying to offer me some sort of deal but why should I trust them. This is now an ex demo car. Any thoughts from anyone as to what I should do ?

    Dont take the car away, leave it on the garage premises and get your money back. /if you take it of the premises your position is very much weakened. Seek legal advice for rejection and termination of contract.
