Picked up my 500 iPOP yesterday, and LOVE it! However, been left with a bit of a 'sour taste in my mouth' so to speak with Arnold Clark. The car came without any floor mats - saying that was due to cost saving? Initially when discussing price, the sales person wanted to sweeten the deal by offering an extra set of car mats - said NO, what do I want with 2 sets of car mats. Opted for something else, but they obviously decided later that they were loosing out so removed the other set of mats too.I would have thought this was a standard FIAT inclusion and not Arnold Clark?

Likewise with the car keys - received 2 keys, one with a remote, and the other without. Is that standard with FIAT500 too? or should I be suspicious of  Arnold Clark again?

Nonetheless, I'll still enjoy my wee car. Can't wait to hop into her this morning.....

I don't think the 500s come with any mats at all, so it looks like you declined the only set you were going to get! Most people don't get any sweetners at all as it's such a popular car.  Also it is standard to only have one remote key and one manual.

Did you get what you plumped for instead of mats?

If anyone is offered a 'sweetie'... got for a second remote control... they are soo expensive.

 Best time to rip anyone off is when buying a new car, what's and extra £50 for mats after spending £9k on a car and £300 for stone chip and £600 for service plan, mudguards £60 etc. Thing is all these extras are added to the loan creating huge interest. Personally i'd go and get this stuff on ebay!
