I'd be slightly less damning, but Blue&Me has certainly failed to live up to expectations.  It doesn't allow voice control with my phone (very common Nokia model) so that part of it is useless to me.  And the USB/iPod connection required me to spend what I consider a lot of money on an adapter in order for it to work.  I find the steering wheel controls non-intuitive so use the iPod in a very specific way i.e. start it playing what I want and then connect it up to the car.  If I want to change it, I wait for the next journey!
